Hey all!

We've been touching base with the Coumadin Clinic and created a tip sheet on the recommended way to find their dosing information/documentation.

In short: we now recommend looking for the Anticoagulation Therapy Management PowerForm under Form Browser or Documentation.

Please review the linked tip sheet when you have an opportunity: Huntsville Hospital Coumadin Clinic (Warfarin) Notes in Cerner [updated].  The Warfarin listing on Formweb has been updated and we will be updating the master Cerner tip sheet later.
