Subject: Unasyn Cerner Update

The 1500 mg and 3000 mg IVPBs in Cerner have been converted to 1.5 g and 3 g respectively, as well as order sentences.   This is so that all of the combination doses are listed in Grams and the weight based doses based on ampicillin are in mg.    This will make it function exactly like Zosyn.   This is already how these products are listed in Pyxis.   Let me know if you have any questions/concerns.
