Subject: Madison Clinical Pharmacist Position - 0.6 FTE Part-Time

Madison Hospital has an opening for a 0.6 FTE Part-Time pharmacist (24 hours/week).  This will include a rotation of every third weekend, holiday rotation, and mixed first and second shifts.
 
Pharmacy Sterile Products and NSS/PKS training will be provided for candidates who have not yet completed these elements.  There will be opportunities to participate in committees and Shared Governance teams.
 
Opportunities to pick up additional shifts and transition to a full-time position are anticipated as we grow.
