We’ve become aware of an issue this morning that the Microbiology Viewer in Results Review is not displaying all Current Inpatient Antibiotics.  Thus far we have had this reported with Avycaz, Vancomycin, and Micafungin. Until this is resolved, please review the Medication List or MAR to determine active antibiotic orders. 

Ex. Patient below is on Avycaz (ceftazidime-avibactam), but it is not shown in Current Antibiotics list in Microbiology tab:
