Subject: Dose Response

Dose Response is the old EMR the HH Coumadin Clinic was using prior to Cerner.  The clinic continued to manage Dose Response even after converting to documentation in Cerner.  This is no longer the case.  Dose Response is now 'view only' for the clinic, and they can no longer add/remove users.  This means any new pharmacists cannot be given a sign on to Dose Response.  Rather than keep a link to an obsolete system which some RPhs can access and others cannot, the link to Dose Response will be removed from HHSYS Links.  Pharmacists that do have a sign on can continue to access Dose Response through it's URL (doseresponse.com).

Documentation of patient visits to the clinic can be found in PowerChart under the Progress Notes folder in the
subfolder(s) 'Anticoagulation Initiation Visit' and 'Anticoagulation Chronic Visit'.  Additional notes can be found in the Office Clinic Notes folder.  Sometimes you have to look both places to get a complete picture.

Let me know of any issues/questions.
