04/19/17 BS -- OPM PAP orders in PKV

Subject: OPM PAP orders in PKV

If you ever verify orders for OPM:

Effective immediately : When entering/verifying OPM PAP orders, you no longer have to change the source to 'S'. Only change the order to NO CHARGE. Please make sure PAP is noted in the comment field.

When an order is entered with 'S' as the source, it implies it is a patient's own med and PharmacyKeeper Verification filters it out. Without the 'S' PSP will be able to use PKV on all of the OPM orders.

Please let me know if you have questions or if issues arise.

Thanks,

Berkley
