Pharmacist Deployment exel COVID WKND Update 2-9-2021

Hey guys,

We have a few units at HH Main that are reverting back to normal or semi-normal operations. HORR 18-36 is strictly seeing phase 2/post-op discharge patients and will no longer be operating as an ICU; therfore, the UB 3/8 PPM, responsibilites for MICU-II/UB 3/8, and the MICU-II (G. Belzer) patient list have all been updated to reflect this change. CSSM will begin transitioning back to almost normal starting Wednesday (2/10). They will continue to utilize beds 1-4 as ICU beds and dissolve their PCU. 

Attached is the updated Pharmacist Shifts and Unit Assignment document. See the HH Main unit updates below and let me know if you have any questions.

8MST 

• Transitioned back to neutral pressure
• 21 Beds (3 Negative, 18 Neutral)
• No changes in consults/order verification responsibilities

3NE

• Remains capped at 8 post-surgical patients per day
• NICU to continue following consults
• UB 3/8 continues with order verification/Sentri7

CSSM

• Beds 1-4 to remain ICU beds
• Transitioning back the CSS to normal function - 32 Beds (4 ICU Beds)
• Dissolve PCU – Cath and EP Lab
• CCU-II to continue following consults 
• UB 5/12 continues with order verification/Sentri7

Joint Camp 

• 17 Beds (24/7) out of 29 (Joints/Ortho trauma)0
• No changes in consults/order verification responsibilities

HORR 18-36

• No longer an ICU – Phase 2/Outpatient post-op patients (Normal)
• HORR/HORP removed from the MICU-II (G. Belzer) patient list and MICU-II consult responsibilities
• HORR removed from "HH Main UB3 UB8 NICU" and "wkHH Main UB3" ppm lists
