Subject: CommonWell Outside Records in Cerner
Hey everyone!
It may be helpful to check Outside Records/CommonWell to find patient information from outside the Huntsville Hospital System, in part due to recent changes at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. One nice feature is the ability to search for keywords within the Summary tab. Unfortunately, it appears outside of St. Jude it can be rare to find an enrolled patient with information, and we don’t know who is currently confirming outside sources. Some other caveats are that we can’t guarantee the accuracy of information from outside facilities and we may only be getting a portion of their information.
