RPh Code Bag Contents

At HH Main, We have updated the contents of our pharmacist code bags. We've removed the Dopamine and Lidocaine premade infusions (those are still in the Adult code trays) and we have also removed Isoproterenol vials due to low usage. The new additions to the bags are (1) Amiodarone 150 mg/100 mL pre-mixed infusion along with an amiodarone filter. I have attached the updated list for reference. Kitcheck templates have been updated for when we need to replenish the bags as well.

Lastly, you may notice the new algorithms and an updated ACLS adult guidelines sheet in the code blue reference notebooks. These are from the new ACLS guidelines released by AHA back in October 2020. The hospital plans to move forward with the implementation of these guidelines on Feb 1.
