04/18/17 RC -- tranexamic acid in orthopedics order set update

The updated tranexamic acid order set is now available on Docushare.

The two changes implemented are

  1. addition of screening questions that relate to contraindications/warnings of drug to be used by nursing
  2. addition of a one dose regimen for total shoulder arthroplasty
