Subject: Effective Tues, Jan 5: No Longer Using Daptomycin Standardized Admin Times

Due to med safety events and re-timing issues associated with the Daptomycin Standardized Administration Times, we are discontinuing the standardized administration time of 2100 effective Tuesday, January 5.   The Daptomycin Powerplan will also be updated to contain frequencies of q 24 hr and q 48 hr (in place of Daily and Every Other Day).  Please note this will apply to new orders going forward and will not impact previously entered orders.

I will send out an announcement once this build is completed in Production tomorrow.  Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns.  Thank you.
