Subject: Christmas Day - Dialysis Schedule Changes

All,

The Dialysis Unit has adjusted dialysis schedules to account for the Christmas Day holiday.  Only Friday-Saturday-Sunday are affected this year

Christmas Day (Friday) - Acute HD sessions only

"M-W-F" Patients -
Saturday, December 26
Plan to be back on schedule Monday, December 28th

"T-Th-Sa" Patients -
Sunday, December 27
Plan to be back on schedule Tuesday, December 29th

Please review patients on both dialysis schedules to determine if supplemental doses are needed. 
As always, this is subject to change, so please adjust medication regimens accordingly through the Holidays.
