Good Morning Everyone,
 
Doxycycline IV vials are on back-order again. We have been unable to get an adequate supply to continue to verify and dispense these orders. We do have doxycycline PO if they wish to convert to oral therapy. 
Please follow Jonathan's email below, which was sent out earlier this year, for interchange to alternatives. If anything changes, we will keep you updated.
