     System Formulary Restriction:

     Use of molnupiravir is restricted to patients who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Patients that meet the EUA criteria
  • Patients that were admitted for an indication other than COVID-19 OR for continuation of molnupiravir therapy initiated prior to admission with the treatment team wanting to finish out the 5-day course
