2.   Whentowork is our new scheduling program.  Gina will use this program to make daily assignments.  When she publishes a week of the schedule, an email will be sent to you with your schedule, which you will approve.  Please send Gina an email from the email account you would like to use.  If you do not have an email account, she can get one for you.

3.  Tech 3:  We are working with the loading dock to deliver packages to our front door instead of leaving them at the back door.  Until then, if you are assigned to put the order away, you need to check the back area each day before you leave to make sure there is not anything that needs attention.

4.  Before you make any odd or rarely used secondary IV’s, please check with a Pharmacist to make sure the medication has not been discontinued.

5.  New Process for PACU Medications:  Run a preview list at 0730 and 1630 each day.  Please look at the profile and see what has been charged, and send a 24 hour supply of medications.  We need to be delivering these to PACU, unless it is a stat, and then you can tube the medication to CCU.
