Bicillin LA backorder (7/25): Restricted to congenital syphilis and syphilis in pregnancy Product assign to the stock solution Doses should be pulled up from the 2.4 million unit syringe in the IV room using PK Methadone bulk oral liquid backorder - Convert adult orders to tablets whenever possible. Broselow Tape recall - 2025 editions have been recalled and removed from peds code trays. Nursing units should use the 2019 edition that is stored on their unit when needed. Demerol backorder (6/25) - Vials have been removed from Pyxis machines. Refer to Backorder Guidance Document for more information on alternative options for post-op shivering.
