Ketamine Administration Clarification The Taper & Titration Guidelines have been updated to reflect the changes in ketamine administration. Low dose IVPB for analgesia ordered by Palliative Care may be administered in all areas. IM use for analgesia (low dose) is discouraged due to operational challenges.
