     System Formulary Restriction:

     Inpatient use of trabectedin injection (Yondelis) is restricted to patients who meet the following criteria: 

  • Initiation of treatment for soft tissue sarcoma 

     Use for all other indications is restricted to outpatient encounters or clinic use only (i.e., no inpatient use)
