Inpatient use of levonorgestrel (Liletta) intrauterine device is restricted to approval by OB/GYN, Family Medicine providers, or Pediatric/Adolescent Medicine providers
Inpatient use of copper (Paragard) intrauterine device is restricted to approval by OB/GYN, Family Medicine providers, or Pediatric/Adolescent Medicine providers
Use of levonorgestrel (Skyla) intrauterine device is restricted to outpatient encounters or clinic use only (ie, no inpatient use)
Use of levonorgestrel (Kyleena) intrauterine device is restricted to outpatient encounters or clinic use only (ie, no inpatient use)
