Mitomycin 75 mg Intravesical Solution (Zusduri) for Baldder Instillation is restricted to the following:

  • Use is restricted to outpatient encounters or clinic use only (i.e, no inpatient use)
  • Benefits investigation must be completed prior to use
  • Orders must be signed by a Urology Attending Physician
