• Restriction/criteria of use (all will apply unless specified):
• Confirmed diagnosis of extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC)
• Progression on or after treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy
• Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 to 1
• No brain metastases: if brain metastases present, must have been previously treated and asymptomatic
• No evidence of interstitial lung disease or active non-infectious pneumonitis
