  • Provider must register with REMS program
  • Patient form must be signed and documented.

REMS Criteria:

  • Healthcare providers prescribing mifepristone must be registered with the REMS program
  • Healthcare providers must explain the risks of treatment, sign the patient agreement form and obtain patient’s signature, place agreement form in medical record, provide patient with a copy of signed agreement, report any deaths to the Mifepristone.
