Levetiracetam (Keppra) can be given IVPush ≤ 2,000 mg, IVPB for doses 2,001 mg and greater.
Note: sites to follow local nursing guidance for where IVPush may be administered
IV Push instructions: Doses must be drawn up in no more than 10 mL (2 vials) increments and administered consecutively. Total dose (up to 2,000 mg) may be IV Pushed over 3-5 minutes.
