      Mylotarg is restricted to Oncology Outpatients only.

 

Criteria for Adult Inpatient Use:

  • For use in AML denovo patients, to be ordered with specified criteria of use:
    • CD33+ denovo AML
    • Favorable/Intermediate risk 
    • Age <60 years old
  • Acute promyelocytic leukemia with low or high-risk disease:
    • If low risk disease, must have contraindication for arsenic and anthracycline therapies
    • Combination therapy with all-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA) +/- arsenic trioxide (ATO)

Criteria for Pediatric Inpatient Use:

  • AML0531 (pediatric protocol)
  • FLAG-GO (pediatric protocol)
