Patient population: Adult
Trial and failure, intolerance, or contraindication to at least two prior oral therapeutic agents in any of the following therapeutic classes:
- Gabapentinoids
- Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI)
- Tricyclic antidepressant (TCA)
- Opioid
