  • Surgical Critical Care Attending Physicians.
  • Cardiac Anesthesia for use in the ORs
  • Restricted to patients with all of the following indications

    • Norepinephrine >0.2 mcg/kg/min (or its equivalent) AND
    • Vasopressin 0.04 units/min AND
    • Under the care of Medical ICU, Surgical ICU or Cardiac Anesthesia (for use in the ORs) and approved by an attending AND
    • Life expectancy >12 hours
