phosphorus

  • GI: nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
  • dizziness/confusion
  • abnormal heartbeat

Caution: For each 1 mmol of phosphate, ~1.5 mEq of potassium is administered. 
  Ex: 30 mmol Potassium Phosphate =~45 mEq Potassium
