  • Provides the broadest coverage of pneumococcal serotypes available as a conjugate vaccine ​
  • In June 2023, ACIP recommended PCV20 for​
    • Routine childhood vaccination (4 dose series for children 2-23 months old)​
    • Vaccination in children age2-18 years with underlying medical conditions
    • Catch up vaccination ​
• PCV20 is currently formulary and used for adult vaccination, with the updated indications from ACIP it will be available for use in pediatric patients as well ​
