Access to clozapine is restricted. Patient and physician specific registration in the clozapine REMS program are required.

  • Certification is no longer required for inpatients if the patient is already enrolled in the Clozapine REMS Program. Physician certification and pharmacy certification will be required to enroll the patient in the REMS program.
