  • GI: nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
  • fever, flu-like symptoms
  • rash, itching of the skin

  Pharmacy Theraputic Interchange of cefazolin to oral cephalexin or IV clinidamycin post-operatively and use restrictions during cefazolin shortage. See 900.6600
