: Calcium gluconate 1 g = elemental calcium 93 mg = calcium 4.65 mEq = calcium 2.33 mmol

Caution: There is a threefold difference in the primary cation concentration between calcium chloride (1 g = 14 mEq) and calcium gluconate (1 g = 4.65 mEq).
