Remdesivir is Formulary, Restricted to patients meeting the criteria below. 

• Admitted or roomed in the emergency department with intention to admit
• Less than or equal to 5 days from symptom onset
• GFR ≥30 mL/min, not on HD, CRRT, or PD
• Positive COVID-19 test
• Requiring supplemental oxygen excluding high flow, mechanical ventilation, and ECMO
• Limit to five-day course only
