Additional Information:

Isotretinoin is a formulary agent, although not routinely stocked by sites due to the REMS program.  

The goal of the Isotretinoin REMS is to mitigate the risk of embryo-fetal toxicity, and includes health care provider, patient, pharmacy and wholesaler-distributor requirements for dispensing.
