Patanol 0.1 % ophthalmic solution is dosed twice daily and is the formulary olopatadine agent.

Pataday 0.2% and Pazeo 0.7%, dosed once daily, is classified as non-formulary. Interchange orderes for Pataday 0.2% and Pazeo 0.7% daily to Patanol 0.1% twice daily.
