Comments:

INOmax is restricted to neonatal critical care, pediatric critical care, cardiology, pulmonology/medical-intensivist, and trauma physicians treating patients in ICU. In adults, nitric oxide should only be used in critical patients who do not respond to common practice treatment. 

Inhaled nitric oxide may be utilized for vasoreactivity testing in the Heart Center.
