ergocalciferol Restricted NO SUB: 8,000 units/mL liquid if required, pharmacist may initiate the no substitution order if more than concentrated form of vitamin d liquid is needed (than the cholecalciferol 400 units/mL). A higher strength of cholecalciferol liquid is currently not available from wholesaler (July 2017).
