Comments:

Restricted to neonates and infants entering their first RSV season who are in the Neonatal ICU and discharging home during the months of October through March. All other cases should be deferred to the outpatient setting. 

 

Exclusion: for mothers who have received the  Abrysvo vaccine at 14 days or more prior to birth, Enflonsia should not be administered. 

 

At HHWC, Enflonsia is offered through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program at no cost to patients based on the following eligibility criteria:

  • Medicaid/Medicaid eligible
  • Uninsured
  • American Indian or Alaskan Native
