High Dose Liquid Orders: A higher strength of cholecalciferol liquid is currently not available from wholesaler (July 2017). If a more concentrated form of vitamin D liquid (> 400 units/mL) is needed, the pharmacist may convert to ergocalciferol 8,000 units/mL liquid (no substitution).
