Comments:

Give cobicistat 150 mg, elvitegravir 85 mg x 2 tabs, emtricitabine 200 mg, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300 mg for Stribild.  Give each day at a dose of one tablet once daily for each drug, except with the 85 mg x 2 for elvitegravir. Give at same strength and dosing interval as Stribild.  Patient may use own Stribild supply if desired.

Stribild is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Interchange to individual components dispensed separately.
