According to International Health Regulations, the yellow fever vaccine must be administered by authorized healthcare providers at certified yellow fever vaccination centers. A directory of these certified centers can be accessed at the U.S. Yellow Fever Vaccination Center Registry.

To become a certified provider and/or have a facility included in the registry, contact the state health department. The CDC at dqyellowfever@cdc.gov can be contacted to determine the appropriate state contact.
