Administration
Dilute tenecteplase powder with 10 mL of Sterile Water for Injection provided in the kit. Swirl vial gently until dissolved. DO NOT SHAKE.
Withdraw prescribed dose and administer as
IV push over 5 seconds
via dedicated line.
Precipitation may occur in IV line containing dextrose. Flush line with NaCl 0.9% prior to and after administration
