Claritin D 24 hour formula will be substituted for all antihistamine, decongestant, and analgesic combinations. If an analgesic or antipyretic is needed, it is to be ordered by the physician. Claritin D 24 hour formula will be substituted for all antihistamine, decongestant and anticholinergic combinations.
