Comments:

All orders to be substituted as Fluticasone propionate two sprays each nostril once daily.

If original order is prn, substitute as two sprays each nostril daily PRN. Do not dispense unless requested.

If a non-alcohol based nasal spray is required dispense Triamcinolone Nasal two sprays per nostril once daily.
