Comments:

Automatic substitution with fluticasone propionate (Flonase) two sprays each nostril daily.

If original order is prn, substitute as two sprays each nostril daily PRN and do not dispense unless requested.

If a non-alcohol based nasal spray is required dispense Triamcinolone Nasal two sprays per nostril once daily.
