Comments:

To be substituted with fluticasone propionate (Flonase) two sprays per nostril once daily.

If original order is for prn use, substitute to two sprays per nostril once daily PRN and do not dispense unless requested.

If a non-alcohol based nasal spray is required dispense Triamcinolone Nasal two sprays per nostril once daily.
