Automatic substitution with Flonase two sprays each nostril daily.

If original order is for PRN use, substitue to two sprays each nostril daily PRN and do not dispense unless requested.

If a non-alcohol based nasal spray is required dispense Triamcinolone Nasal two sprays per nostril once daily.
