Genesis is enrolled in Alvimopan REMS program. Link to REMS page. Do not exceed 15 doses. 

Alvimopan REMS does not allow outpatient ordering of alvimopan.

Transfer of alvimopan to any hospital pharmacy not enrolled in the REMS program is not permitted. 

*Entereg is suspended in polyethylene glycol and forms a gelatinous mass, which would most likely clog an NG tube*
