Clonazepam 0.125 mg and 0.25 mg ODT

Situation

Clonazepam 0.125 mg and 0.25 mg orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) were approved for formulary addition at the January 2022 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background

The following medications were reviewed: clonazepam

Assessment/Recommendation

Changes effective: Tuesday, February 1, 2022

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Clonazepam 0.125 mg ODT
• Clonazepam 0.25 mg ODT
