Epoetin alfa-epbx (Retacrit) 20,000 units/mL injectable solution was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the October 2021 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background

The following medication was reviewed: Epoetin alfa-epbx 20,000 units/mL injectable solution

Change effective: Tuesday, November 16, 2021
