Situation 

Mosunetuzumab-axgb (Lunsumio Velo) 5 mg/0.5 mL SDV & 45 mg/1 mL SDV for subQ injection was approved for addition to the UNC Health system formulary at the March 2026 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.  

Background 

The following medication was reviewed: Mosunetuzumab-axgb (Lunsumio Velo) 5 mg/0.5 mL SDV & 45 mg/1 mL SDV for subQ injection  

Assessment/Recommendation 

Change effective: Tuesday, April 21st         

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary: 

• Mosunetuzumab-axgb (Lunsumio Velo) 5 mg/0.5 mL SDV & 45 mg/1 mL SDV for subQ injection
